Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your available order and refund the rest. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order upon a new order with free shipping for that specific order.

Pricing and Payment: All prices are in USD, and we won’t collect any sales tax or VAT (Valued Additional Tax) from customers. However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your country’s levying rules.

Vegasgenix.shop accepts various forms of payment, including Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, and more payment options to be available in the future.

Processing of Orders: Products ordered from vegasgenix.shop may need preparation during the processing stage. Products may need to be assembled or packaged on demand after placing an order due to inventory status, so it might take a bit longer to deliver them to you. In those cases, making products on demand helps reduce overproduction and waste. Orders will be processed during workdays only.

The following are timeframes for ordering from us:

• Working days are from Monday to Friday.
• Order preparation and processing: 1-3 days
• Return request time for unsatisfied purchase: 14 days from delivery date or 21 days from purchase date, whichever is earlier
• Defect report: 14 days from delivery date or 21 days from purchase date, whichever is earlier
• The right to cancel is valid within 24 hours.
• The total refund frequency allowed is once (1) per 30 days; requests that meet this criterion will only be granted if damaged on arrival.
• Defect or damaged product replacement processing: 1-3 days after receiving and completing the inspection of the returned item.
• Refunded amounts are reflected within 7-14 days on bank accounts or credit/debit cards, depending on the financial institution’s terms (this is out of our control after completing the refund request from our side).

Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping to the USA, Canada, and internationally. We need 1-3 days to process the order, an additional 3-7 business days in the United States, Canada in 5 to 10 business days, United Kingdom in 3 to 7 business days, and Australia in 8 to 20 business days.

Communication: Email via support@vegasgenix.shop is our main designated channel of contact for all correspondences related to order support, requests, refunds, returns, etc. This is for quality control, increased efficiency, and reduced response time. Please include:

• The order number in the email subject.
• A description of the support needed.
• Any supporting documents.

Our email response time is within 1 to 2 workdays, which may vary during weekends, holidays, etc.

Returns and Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days from delivery or later, and your request will not be granted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us before starting the return process. Moreover, a customer can only receive one full refund for any reason per month. Discounted products with more than 25% are not refundable due to return shipping expenses and restocking costs.

Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, food-related items, and personalized or customized products. Please check the product description for any eligibility restrictions.
